About the event
Ricky Warwick is a Northern Irish rock musician whose career spans over 40 years across continents, genres, and legendary bands. Starting out in County Down, his passion for music was ignited in the punk-infused streets of Belfast and later nurtured in Scotland. After early success touring with New Model Army, he founded the acclaimed band The Almighty, achieving chart success and touring with major rock acts like Iron Maiden and Motörhead.
In 2002, he returned to Ireland and launched a successful solo career, showcasing his versatility and authenticity. He later fronted Thin Lizzy and co-founded Black Star Riders, achieving critical and commercial success with multiple Top 10 albums.
Now based in Los Angeles but planning a return to Northern Ireland, Warwick continues to tour and record prolifically. His upcoming solo album Blood Ties (releasing March 14, 2025) features collaborations with rock legends like Billy Duffy and Lita Ford, delivering powerful, guitar-driven tracks…
