ACCESSIBILITY
Our Venue is fully accessible
Our venue is fully accessible, with step-free entrance available at all public entry points. Guests will find easy access to our accessible bathrooms, as well as a ramp located at the back of the room that provides step-free access to the bar area with a lowered bar section, at the rear of the venue.

For most gigs, entry is via the SoundBar entrance. If queues or barriers make access difficult, please speak to our door stewards, who will be happy to assist with check-in, wristbands, and tickets to ensure a smooth arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: OUR VENUE IS MAINLY STANDING ONLY UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE - WE DO HAVE MINIMAL SEATING IN AND AROUND THE VENUE (SUBJECT TO THE EVENT) AS WELL AS IN OUR BAR AREAS.
THE PLUS ONE SCHEME
An Seomar can offer up to three Plus One Scheme places per live music event on a first come first served basis, subject to show risk assessments and technical/staging requirements. The reserved area will have room for up to three wheelchairs or seats, plus three additional carer seats per event.
Plus One Cardholders and their carers will be provided a designated location to the side of our main stage at ground level with easy access to nearby entrance/exit at these events where available.
The Highland Council Plus One Scheme allows a person with high support needs to apply for a card which will give them greater access to a range of events and education, culture and sports venues.
The scheme does this by issuing eligible individuals with a Plus One Card. This should be shown when buying admission or tickets for any participating event or venue and allows an accompanying carer to gain access free. The cardholder will pay the normal rate of entry for themselves.
If you wish to use the plus one scheme to attend any of our events, please contact the venue directly before purchasing any tickets to confirm plus one availability at this event and also the process for buying the tickets which may vary from the online process for other tickets.
LIMITED VENUE SEATING
Most of our events are standing events and general admission. We do however offer limited venue seating towards the rear of the room at some events. This seating is generally shared benches, cannot be reserved, and is available on a first-come-first-served basis only.
SEATED SHOWS
Occasionally we may put on seated shows, which will be clearly advertised as 'Seated Shows' these are also general admission and do not usually offer reserved seating.
Where wheelchair users wish to purchase a ticket to a seated show we can reserve a specific location suitable for wheelchair access plus a reserved seat adjacent for a carer, friend or relative. Please contact the venue directly before purchasing any tickets as the purchase process may be different to our standard online ticketing process.
